Construction of the Technological University of Tulum is moving forward

Four months after the start of these works, the construction of the future Technological University of Tulum presents a significant progress, with the slabs of the first and second level of the building already completed.

In images shared on social networks by the municipal president, Marciano Dzul Caamal, you can see the progress in this project of 29 million pesos in the first stage.

Once completed, this building will include seven classrooms, laboratory, multipurpose room, teachers’ areas, administration and restrooms. An enrollment of 260 students is expected for the next school year.

The project was in danger of not being carried out after the first plot of land donated by the city council was considered not viable, so the City Council had to approve the donation of a second 11 hectare plot.
