Sutton Stracke spent the final days of 2022 recharging in Tulum, in her swimsuit! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. “What a way to bring in 2023! Just the charge I needed to start the new year. From beach to jungle, it was quite the adventure!” she captioned the TikTok video shared to her Instagram account. One of Sutton’s favorite foods is sushi. In a 2020 Instagram post she showed off her birthday feast, sushi courtesy of chef Colin Whitbread. “Bday lunch seaside,” she captioned the snap. There is one food from under-the-sea that she avoids, however. “With food, I’m always up for whatever. As long as it doesn’t have lobster in it,” she explained on an episode of Real Housewives. “Because I’m very allergic.”

Sutton isn’t shy about sharing about her Botox experiences. She told Page Six Style that castmate Kyle Richards “dragged” her to get Botox for the first time a few years ago. “I had never gotten Botox before. I was 47 and I had never done it!” she said. “Kyle dragged me to go get Botox with Nurse Jamie.”

While visiting Nurse Jamie with Richards, Sutton discovered a beauty tool that she uses regularly, claiming it helps treat her anxiety. “And that’s actually how I ended up getting my roller,” she said about the Nurse Jamie Instant UpLift Massaging Beauty Roller. The device has a rotating head covered with 24 tourmaline stones to help improve skin tone and texture.

“We can get so fixated on that. I mean, we all want to look good and we all want to stay young,” Sutton told Page Six Style. “But really, I think our youthfulness comes from our heart.” She tries to teach her daughter these types of lessons. “I have a daughter and so I want to make sure that she learns from me. The biggest lesson is that looks are secondary. Who you are as a person is first and how you live your life, being a leader and leading by example is what’s most important,” she continued. “Because you can look amazing, but it doesn’t matter if you’re a terrible person.”

Sutton has a favorite calorie-burning activity: Golf. “Finally! A day off. Golf lesson Oceanside. Happy #humpday,” she captioned this photo from an oceanfront course. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more,” says Better Health.
