The event marks a rare occasion where Tulum’s renowned gastronomy travels beyond its coastal borders to the heart of Mexico City. Seven distinguished chefs will headline the evening, including José Luis Hinostroza, recognized multiple times by The World’s 50 Best for his work at Arca Tulum; Yusuke Kogure, celebrated for his innovative tuna butchering demonstration at last year’s festival; and the dynamic duo of Chris Domit and Emmanuel Prieto from Taverna, whose culinary projects are some of the most anticipated in Mexico City. They will be joined by chefs such as Fabrizio Pelligrini and others, who are set to prepare two signature dishes each at their chef tables.
