This prestigious event, scheduled for May 5th and 6th, will see ARCA making its first foray into the London dining scene. Hosted in the historic Covent Garden at the charming NoMad London, located in the Old Police Station on 28 Bow Street, this event promises an unforgettable blend of gourmet dining and expert mixology.
The celebration begins on May 5th at NoMad London’s Side Hustle, where guests can enjoy a series of mezcal-infused cocktails alongside Mexican-inspired small plates. This evening will highlight the innovative spirits of Liana Oster, the bar director at NoMad London, and Peter Sanchez, the Global Brand Ambassador for The Lost Explorer Mezcal and the bar director at ARCA. Their collaboration is designed to capture the dynamic flavors of Mexico, presenting a tempting array of dishes and drinks that pay homage to the country’s rich culinary heritage.
The festivities continue on May 6th with a six-course tasting menu crafted by José Luis Hinostroza, ARCA’s executive chef, in collaboration with NoMad London’s top culinary talents, including executive chef Zak Gregoire and executive sous chef Juan Hernandez. This dining experience is set to reflect the essence of Tulum with dishes that utilize seasonal ingredients and emphasize the traditional art of open-fire cooking.
