Three Kings Golf Tournament with a cause, celebrating “Three Kings Day”
In a very familiar and fun atmosphere, the traditional “rosca de Reyes” was broken and the proceeds from the sale of tickets were distributed among the caddies.
Playing golf with family and friends, PGA Riviera Maya celebrated the Three Kings Tournament to celebrate “Three Kings Day” in impeccable facilities. A charity tournament, in which part of the funds raised are destined to support the caddies, who are a fundamental part of this game.
Around 9:00 hrs with the game mode “Couples to go go” with prizes for the winning couple, long drive and O’yes.
The winners were the duo Sanders / Evans, with a card signed by 65 strokes. On the other hand, the golfers who won the O’yeses were: Dwain Sanders, on hole 2; Lisa Ashberger, on hole 5; Javier Cruz, on hole 15; and Simon Carbone, on hole 17. The long drive was also won by Simon Carbone.
At the end of the game, the traditional “rosca de Reyes” and a raffle among the participants took place at the Tulum Country Club’s facilities.
This tournament was held in the first course affiliated to PGA of America in Latin America, designed by the prestigious architect Robert Tent Jones II, adding 27 holes that integrate responsibly and sustainably with the natural environment within the facilities of Tulum Country Club.
To conclude, Fernando Padrón reminded that next January 21, this same club will host the first open house of the PGA Golf Academy Riviera Maya and whose registrations are already open.
