The selection of cocktails is no coincidence. Each drink has been carefully crafted to reflect the culture and history of Tulum. For example, the “Ola Rosa” uses hibiscus flowers, locally known as “jamaica,” popular in Mexican cuisine for their refreshing taste and antioxidant properties. The “Cinco” is a blend of tropical fruits and mezcal, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness, ideal for cooling off on a hot day. The “Mezcal with Scorpion and Grasshopper” is perhaps the boldest of all, combining the robust spirit of mezcal with the exotic flavors of scorpion and grasshopper, insects that are part of traditional Oaxacan cuisine and represent a connection to Mexico’s indigenous roots.
