TULUM, México – In the heart of Quintana Roo, Mexico, lies a cultural gem that continues to captivate Mexican tourists with its rich heritage and pristine preservation. The ancient archaeological site of Tulum, along with other enticing tourist destinations like Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, and Isla Mujeres, have left travelers enchanted, according to a recent survey conducted in the vicinity of the Mayan ruins.
For Kevin Ortiz, hailing from the state of Michoacán, a year of meticulous planning culminated in a journey to this alluring destination, accompanied by his family. From the moment they arrived, they immersed themselves in the awe-inspiring natural beauty and cultural marvels of the region.
“It’s breathtaking, well-preserved, and brimming with culture. Tulum is undoubtedly captivating, but I must say, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, and Isla Mujeres hold their own charms too,” Kevin expressed.
The Ibarra family from the State of Mexico, on their second visit to these monumental sites, was once again astounded by their immaculate preservation. Four years had passed since their last visit, and they were delighted to find that the facilities remained in pristine condition.
In addition to the well-preserved historical landmarks, visitors praised the warm hospitality of the locals they encountered in the streets, restaurants, hotels, and recreational areas.
“Having come all the way from the State of Mexico, we’ve been exploring the Riviera Maya and the Peninsula. These are beautiful places steeped in history. We’re thrilled to be here with our children, letting them enjoy the beaches and all the wonders this place has to offer,” the Ibarra family shared.
The enthusiastic response from Mexican tourists has led to increased enthusiasm for future visits to Tulum. Many have expressed their intentions to organize more trips to this cultural and natural wonder, and some have already begun recommending the destination to their friends and family.
