The greatness of the Mayan Culture in the Caribbean, is how Tulum will be presented to visitors at the International Tourism Fair in Madrid, Spain, where its main objective will be the introduction to learning the Mayan language and the exhibition of handicrafts, made in that destination.

“Its cultural legacy, natural magic, art and mysticism will be exhibited in a representative stand of the Mayan Caribbean, the global meeting point for tourism professionals and the leading fair for inbound and outbound markets in Ibero-America where more than 9,000 exhibitors participate,” said Dzul Caamal, municipal president of Tulum.

Dzul insisted that this year they will focus on sustainable tourism and growth in the communities, towns and urban areas of Tulum and specified that there are three objectives of the ninth municipality in all the days of Fitur.

Showcase Tulum’s image as a multi-product destination aligned with demand trends. To disseminate and diversify Tulum’s tourism offer in the European market with reliable products, experiences and businesses. Concretize a communication and promotion strategy.

“This will help increase the arrival of travelers and sustainable investments, per capita spending by international tourism, and income reserves of tourism service providers,” he said.
