Tulum, Q.R. — A weekend argument has left at least two men dead in a Tulum subdivision. On Saturday morning, an argument that left two dead happened inside a house the town’s irregular settlement of 2 de Octubre.
According to witness testimonies and early information, at least three men were arguing over money at 7:15 a.m. Saturday when two were shot. The shooting occurred over a dispute after an alleged robbery of construction workers at a housing complex construction site earlier that same morning.
After the shooting at 2 de Octubre, the alleged gunmen returned to the construction site where police located him. He was reportedly in possession of a handgun at the time.
Police have not provided any public details surrounding the incident.
