The menu promises a wide range of inventive dishes, including whole lobster with chili lobster cream sauce and Birria Short Rib, slow-cooked and served with corn purée, pickled onions, and cotija cheese. To complement these dishes, the restaurant will also feature an extensive cocktail program led by a catador, or tequila expert, ensuring a curated experience transporting diners to Mexico’s shores.
